Considering the nature of directions proposed to be issued, service of notice on respondent nos.3 to 10 is dispensed with. 2.

The petitioners seek expeditious adjudication of Revision Application No.197 of 2024 alongwith the Stay Application preferred in proceedings that are pending before the State Government. The said proceedings have been filed under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 raising a challenge to the order dated 02/01/2024 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar in proceedings under Section 88 of the said Act. The petitioners are aggrieved by the order of remand passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar.

6-WP-12836-24.doc Rameshwar Dilwale submits that the stay application would be considered on merits and decided by the end of September 2024. Accepting the said statement, the following directions are issued:- i) The respondent no.1 shall decide the stay application preferred by the petitioners in Revision Application No.197 of 2024 and pass orders by 30/09/2024. The application shall be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law.

ii) Till the said proceedings are decided, the petitioners undertake not to alienate their properties that have been referred to in the notice dated 02/09/2024. The statement is accepted. This direction is without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties.

iii) Till the stay application is decided, the notice dated 02/09/2024 issued to all the petitioners shall not be acted upon subject to aforesaid undertaking. iv) With aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
