We have considered the earlier orders passed over a period of almost 10 months and more particularly, the last 3 orders dated 3rd March, 2025, 6th March, 2025 and 12th March, 2025, wherein we were not only generous to the Management but we were extremely patient in entertaining the request of the Management, especially made by Mr. Navale and Mrs. Kashibai Navale.

Our orders are self explanatory to indicate the manner in which we were granting multiple opportunities to the Management to comply with the directions and to make the payments. We are now exasperated by the conduct of the Management which, despite giving personnel undertakings, has not paid the amount till 31st March, 2025.

We were told that the amount would be disbursed on 2nd April, 2025. Hence on the request of the learned Senior Advocate Shri Sawant, we kept the matters today. Today Shri Sawant is not available. Even today the monies are not disbursed. We are now convinced that the Management is blatantly lying to the Court.

Hence, closed for orders.

In so far as the request for amendment is concerned, office to accept the draft proposed amendments. Respondents are at liberty to file their replies.
