One of the contention urged by the learned counsel for the Petitioner is that in the show cause notices dated 22nd May 2023, 20th June 2023 and 8th August 2024, the Petitioner was called upon to indicate why an amount of Rs.32,00,000/- should not be recovered from it. However, while issuing the Revenue Recovery Certificate on 9th February 2024, the amount indicated is Rs.17,82,44,000. 2.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 10th October 2024. The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3. The Respondent Nos.4 be duly served. 1/2 ADN The order is corrected pursuant to the speaking to the minutes of order dated 30/09/2024
