The Petitioner-Co-operative Society being aggrieved by the order dated 29th December 2024 by the Division Joint RegistrarKolhapur, has challenged the said order by preferring a Revision Application under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, before the State Government.

Considering the limited request made for expeditious consideration of the prayer for grant of interim relief in the said 1/2 ADN

23-WP-12848-2024 (C) .doc revision application, service of notice on the Respondent Nos. 4 to 16 is dispensed with. The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

Considering the fact that the revision application has been filed by the Petitioner on 13th February 2024, it is directed that the stay application in the said proceedings shall be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law.

The parties shall appear before the Respondent No.1 on 19th September 2024. The Petitioner shall intimate this aspect to Respondent Nos. 4 to 16. The stay application shall be decided within a period of two weeks from the said date. The Petitioner shall serve a copy of this order on the Respondent No.1 as well as the Respondent Nos. 4 to 16 to enable them to take steps accordingly. 5.

It is clarified that all points raised on merits are kept open. The Writ Petition is disposed of with aforesaid directions. 6.
