The only prayer made in this writ petition is for seeking compliance of the steps contemplated by the communication dated 14.12.2022 that has been issued by the Education Officer (Secondary) to the Deputy Education Officer, Block Education Officer and the Extension Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Daund. By the said communication, the said authorities were directed to inspect the school in question run by the Petitioner No.1 - Public Trust and submit a report. Since such report has not been submitted within the time indicated therein, this writ petition has been filed.

On 07.01.2025, time was granted to the learned Assistant Government Pleader to obtain necessary instructions. However, he seeks further time in that regard.

Considering the contents of the communication dated 14.12.2022, it is directed that the exercise indicated therein be completed within a period of six weeks from receiving a copy of this order. It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the rival contentions of the Petitioners as well as Respondent Nos.4 to 12 and all issues on merits as well as the locus of the Petitioners are kept open. 4.
With aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 5.
