We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner for sometime. We find that there are certain discrepancies in the present petition inasmuch as the petitioner has not explained as to whether it is a registered association and under what law. Also a complete copy of the licencees of its members has not been annexed.

Let an appropriate amendment to the petition along with the relevant documents be carried out within two days from today and a copy of the amended petition be served on the advocate for the respondents. 3.

Reply affidavit, if any opposing the admission of the petition, be 10 September , 2024
