Although by our order dated 10 September 2024, we had permitted the petitioner to amend the petition in terms of what was observed in the order, today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he did not amend the petition. He has tendered the additional affidavit and copy of the same is handed over to Mr. Kankal, learned AGP and he intends to take instructions.
