Mr. Shinde states that the last date for admission is 12th September 2024 and he received the impugned order only on 3rd September 2024. The matter pertains to the Bench headed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Nitin Jamdar and we granted circulation because that Bench is not available. Unfortunately, the impugned order that runs into almost 20 pages is entirely in Marathi language and both the Judges of this Bench have difficulty in understanding Marathi language. Therefore, in view of the urgency expressed, as noted above, liberty is granted to petitioner to move the Hon'ble the Chief Justice seeking permission to move another Bench.
