P.C.:- 1) In furtherance of Orders dated 3rd February, 2025 and 20th February, 2025, Shri. Anmol Sagar, the Commissioner of Respondent No.1Corporation has filed an Affidavit dated 7th March, 2025. It is stated therein that, the demolition work of the suit structure is completed on 18th February, 2025. Photographs indicating demolition of the suit building along with undated punchanama effected by the Bit Inspector and the Office Superintendent indicating the demolition of the suit work, is also annexed to the said Affidavit.

2) In view thereof, the Judgment and Order dated 19th September, 2024 is complied with.
