Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that notices have been served on the 1st Respondent-Corporation twice and even an affidavit of service is filed. Accordingly, we are quite surprised that there is no appearance on behalf of the Corporation.

Mr Bubna, who usually appears for this Corporation is requested by us to accept notice. He has agreed to do so.
