Heard Mr. Rakhunde, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. He submits that petitioner has filed change report bearing no.310 of 2022 in the office of respondent under section 22 of the Bombay Public Trusts Act. Similarly, rival group has also filed an application bearing no.450 of 2012. He invites attention of this Court to the order dated 5.9.2024 passed by the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Dharashiv below Exhibit 1 in Application No.450 of 2012, wherein, it is observed that hearing in change report application no.310 of 2012 is completed, however, arguments in sister application no.450 of 2012 are pending and both parties were instructed to cooperate for early disposal. It is, therefore, eminent that

wp 12907.24.odt inquiry in both the applications have been reached to final stage. The applications are pending for last 13 years. We, therefore, deem it appropriate to direct the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner, Dharashiv to endeavor to dispose off the inquiry application no.310 of 2012 as well as inquiry application no.450 of 2012 within a period of six (6) months from today. Parties to cooperate. Writ Petition stands disposed off.
