CORAM

: R. M. JOSHI, J.

DATE : 4th APRIL, 2025 PER COURT :- 1.

During the course of hearing of these petitions, it is revealed that the order which are impugned in this petitions are taken exception to by the National Highways Authority of India in Writ Petition which are registered in the year 2025.

2.

This Court is also pointed out the administrative order dated 11/02/2025. It seems that the said order was passed as the respondent herein has sought clubbing of petitions. Clubbing of the petitions may not be permissible on administrative side as either of the Courts before which the proceedings are filed will have to record finding to that effect. Suffice it to say that since the petition of year 2024 so also the petitions 916.wp12931.24.odt

filed in the year 2025 involve the challenge to the same order. It would not be in the interest of justice that the petitions are heard by different Courts, as there exist possibility of passing of contradictory orders. 3.

Hence, parties to move an application for seeking appropriate administrative order for placing these petitions before one Court. This exercise be completed within a period of two weeks from today. 4.

Stand over to 28th April, 2025 in the same category. (R. M. JOSHI, J.) ssp 916.wp12931.24.odt
