It is the case of the petitioner that after having received possession pursuant to an order passed under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act 2002 on 20/12/2023, the respondent no.5 has trespassed again into the secured asset. The First Information Report No.198 of 2024 has been lodged. In this backdrop, the petitioner seeks re-possession of the secured asset. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent nos.1 to 4 to obtain necessary instructions as regards the time within which the possession would be re-delivered in absence of any legal impediment.
