Considering the fact that the learned Judge of the Small Causes Court is in the process of hearing the Application at Exhibit-9, I am not inclined to entertain the Petition. Leaving open all the issues raised in the Petition, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

The learned Judge of the Small Causes Court shall decide the Application at Exhibit-9 together with the Execution Applications on its own merits in an expeditious manner. All contentions of parties on merits are kept open.
