Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the original applicant in revision application No.RTS No.2814/PK95/J-4A died and hence in the year 2023, an application was filed for bringing legal heirs on record. It is his contention that this application has not been decided. However, the petitioners have received the purported order dated 22nd February 2024 passed by the Revenue Minister. It is his submission that before passing this order, the applicant or his legal heirs were not heard.

Since there is a dispute made by the petitioners with regard to Digitally signed by SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Date:

2024.09.25 12:00:28 +0530 the genuineness of the order itself, learned AGP to verify the said fact and SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM report to this Court on the next date of hearing. Stand over to 3rd October 2024.

In the meantime, it is open for the petitioners to apply for certified copy of the said order.
