At the outset, the learned counsel for the parties inform this Court that these petitions need to be placed before the Circuit Bench at 1/2

These petitions were filed at the Principal Seat in the year 2024 to challenge the impugned awards passed by the Labour Court at Kolhapur. 3.

After establishment of the Circuit Bench at Kolhapur on 16.08.2025, these petitions ought to be placed before the Circuit Bench at Kolhapur.

In view of the above, the Registry is directed to transfer the papers pertaining to these petitions to the Circuit Bench at Kolhapur at the earliest.
