We have considered the urgency in the application as made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner contending that the Petitioner is a project affected person, who has been allotted the land in question in the year 1988 and who was also put in possession, but by the impugned order the allotment of the land in favour of the Petitioner is being cancelled after so many years.

Let the learned Addl. Government Pleader take instructions and place on record a Reply Affidavit.

Stand over to 29th November, 2024.
