DATE: 13th September, 2024 P.C.:- 1] The petitioners seek consideration of their prayer for interim relief in the appeal that they have filed before the Deputy Director of Land Records, Pune. In the said appeal preferred under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 an order dated 03/05/2024 passed by the District Superintendent of Land Records is under challenge. Considering the fact that the appeal has been filed on 18/06/2024 alongwith prayer for grant of interim relief the following directions would serve the ends of justice:- (i) The respondent no.5 shall consider prayer 1/2

(ii) The petitioners shall also communicate this order to the respondent nos. 1 to 4.
