Mr. Naphade, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the Petition. He would submit that the Complaint is at the stage of leading evidence and that the hearing of the same before the Industrial Court be expedited. 2.

Writ Petition is accordingly permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of. All the points raised in the Petition are kept open. The Industrial Court would accord due priority for expeditious disposal of the complaint considering that the same challenges posting of Respondent No.2.
