In the above Writ Petition, Mr. Toor appears for Respondent No.6. Respondent No.6 is a private party. Mr. Toor submitted that Respondent No.6 has been unnecessarily dragged in this litigation because it has nothing to do with the reliefs that are sought in the above Writ Petition. Mr. Toor therefore, on instructions, submitted that Respondent No.6 be dropped from this Petition.

The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioner also fairly stated that Respondent No.6 was joined only because Respondent No.6 was the supplier of the Wind Turbines and has got nothing to do with the reliefs that are sought in the above Writ Petition. JANUARY 22, 2026 Mansi shelke

Considering the aforesaid consensus, it is directed that Respondent No.6 shall be deleted from the above Writ Petition. The amendment shall be carried out forthwith in front of the Associate. Reverification is dispensed with. 4.

We find that that no Affidavit in Reply has been filed by the State to the above Writ Petition. We, therefore, direct that the State shall file its Affidavit in Reply to the above Writ Petition within a period of 3 weeks from today and serve a copy of the same on the Advocates for the Petitioner. 5.

Since no one has appeared on behalf of the State today, we direct that a copy of this Order shall be served by the Advocates for the Petitioner on the office of the learned Government Pleader. 6.

Stand over to 12th February, 2026.
