Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Minister while passed impugned order dated 07.06.2024 after proceeding was closed for order on 09.01.2023. Thus, the order is passed after 16 months after hearing of the revision. This ground is itself sufficient to stay the impugned order, hence till the returnable date impugned order is stayed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c).
