The grievance raised by the petitioner is that the Disability Board without verifying the relevant parameters has issued Certificate of Disability dated 6th August 2024 which reiterates the situation as indicated by the earlier Disability Certificate dated 6th December 2022. The petitioner on 15th August 2024 has made a representation to the respondent nos.1 and 4 in that regard, which is not yet considered. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 24th September 2024. Service by all modes is permitted including service on the Standing Counsel for the respective respondents.

In the meanwhile, the respondent nos.1 and 4 may consider the petitioner's representation dated 15th August 2024 and file affidavit in that regard.
