Pursuant to the order dated 18th September 2024, the learned Additional Government Pleader has tendered copy of disability certificate pursuant to the petitioner's examination by Department of Psychiatry, Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals. The same is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification. The same indicates that the petitioner's disability is assessed at below 40%. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner invites attention to the Government Resolution dated 14th September 2018 to urge that remedy of filing an appeal for challenging the disability certificate has been provided. However, since the disability certificate has been issued by the Dean, Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals, the appeal 1/2
