Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith by consent of the learned counsel for the parties.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice for respondent nos.2 and 3. Each petitioner claims to have admitted students under the 25% quota available under the provisions of Right to Education Act, 2009. In terms of the Notification dated 15th March 2013, the petitioners seek reimbursement of the relevant amount from respondent nos.2 and 3. Each petitioner claims that representations have been made seeking such reimbursement with respondent nos.2 and 3. The petitioners seek expeditious consideration of those representations. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioners to supply a chart indicating the respective dates on which each petitioner has furnished such representations to respondent nos.2 and 3 separately. In accordance with the aforesaid, the respondent nos.2 and 3 shall within a period of three 2/3

months from receiving a copy of this order, consider the representations and decide the entitlement of each petitioner in accordance with law. The decision taken be communicated to the petitioners. 4.

Points raised on merits in the writ petition are kept open. 5.

Rule accordingly. The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
