The Respondent No.2 has moved a motion for speaking for the minutes of the order dated 26 September 2024. 3.

Learned counsel for Respondent No.2 states that the words "senior most" in paragraphs 2 and 3 of our order dated 26 September 2024 should be deleted because according to

504.WP.13097-2024.DOCX him Mr Shankar Das is not the senior most Professor and Mr Shah is the senior most Professor.

The order dated 26 September 2024 was dictated in the open Court. The words "senior most" were added given the submission made before us by the learned Additional Solicitor General that certain administrative functions were assigned to the senior most Professor. In any event, this is not the matter where we are deciding on seniority of any Professors. Therefore, we are quite surprised as to why such a motion was moved.

In any event, now we have clarified that we were not deciding the issue of seniority of any Professors, this motion is not accepted. However, liberty is granted to file an appropriate application.

Motion is disposed of with liberty.

Learned counsel for Respondent No.2 requests that the matter be now posted on 7 October 2024.
