Heard Mr. Thombre, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

The petitioner seeks directions against respondents to include his name in 'Shalartha Pay Portal (Shalarth ID Pranali)' as per proposal dated 28.9.2022 and pay arrears of his salary in accordance with law Rules.

Perusal of record shows that proposal of the petitioner was previously examined and returned back to the office of the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad. Again, Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad, forwarded

wp 13109.24.odt proposal to the Deputy Director of Education, Aurangabad Division vide his communication dated 25.4.2023. It appears that till this date, no decision is taken on the proposal. 4.

In that view of the matter, we direct respondent no.3 to consider and decide pending proposal of the petitioner forwarded vide communication dated 28.4.2022 by the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad within a period of Two (2) moths from today in accordance with law. Writ Petition stands disposed off.
