P.C.:- 1) Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that, in pursuance of undertaking given by his client and recorded in Order dated 19th September, 2024, the said artificial turf is removed by the Petitioner from the suit site. He tendered across the bar an Affidavit dated 22nd October, 2024 duly affirmed by the Petitioner before a Notary Public. 2) In the said Affidavit, the Petitioner has asserted the said fact of removal of artificial turf on the land bearing CTS No.396, 396/1 to 4 at 1/2

ssm 2-wp13132.2024.doc Khandubhai Desai Road, Vile Parle (West), Mumbai. The said Affidavit is taken on record.

3) In view thereof, the undertaking given by the Petitioner on 19th September, 2024 is complied with.
