The learned counsel for the petitioner is granted time of three weeks to invoke the remedy of approaching the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal for challenging the order passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal in Interim Application No.1062 of 2024 in S.A. Dairy No.1087 of 2024 (Shri. Sandeep Ragunath Gaikwad & Anr. Vs. Aavas Financiers Ltd. & Ors.). Hence, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition. With liberty to avail the statutory remedy, the writ petition is disposed of. All points raised on merits are kept open.
