The learned AGP places on record a copy addressed by the Chairman of the Education Trust, Talegaon Dhumdhere, addressed to the Deputy Director of Education, Pune Division, Pune dated 15.10.2024, indicating that the concerned teachers would remain present for the hearing on the Shalarth ID inclusion, scheduled on 16.10.2024. The photostat copy of the said communication is marked as 'X' for identification.

It is well settled by this Court that if an employee has an Sneha Chavan

2 907-WP-13151-2024.odt approval for his appointment granted by the Competent Authority, it is only the superior authority that can scrutinise the approval, allegedly acquired by fraud or suppression. Otherwise, once an approval is granted and the same is not interfered with, the Shalarth ID is a foregone conclusion since the said system has been created for making payment of the salaries to the employees, through the e-banking process. 3.

As we are informed that the hearing is scheduled today on the grant of Shalarth ID, this Writ Petition is disposed off expecting the Authorities to take a decision on grant of Shalarth ID to the Petitioner, within a period of 7 days from today.
