1) Heard Mr. Shaikh, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Petitioner. None appears on behalf of the Respondent though Affidavit-in-reply opposing the petition is filed. 2) Mr.Shaikh would complain that he has not received copy of the Affidavit-in-reply filed by the Respondent. Mr. Shaikh would further submit that one of the grounds on which the application for production of documents was opposed was non-availability of the documents relating to the period 2005 to 2013. In that view of the matter, the impugned order dated 7 February 2024 shall remain suspended till the next date of hearing.
