All the Petitioners are identically placed and have raised an issue that they have not been accommodated as per their choice in the Annual Transfer Process which is questioned in these Petitions. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the next Annual Transfer Process would commence sometime in February or March, 2025 and the Petitioners desire to participate in the said Transfer Process.

In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are disposed off.

Needless to say, if the Petitioners apply, they be considered

strictly in accordance with the Government Resolution and the policies, as may be applicable.
