The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the next Annual Transfer Process would commence sometime in February or March, 2025 and the Petitioner desires to participate in SUNNY THOTE

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. 4.

Needless to say, if the Petitioner applies, he be considered strictly in accordance with the Government Resolution and the policies, as may be applicable.
