The petitioner claims tenancy rights in respect of the secured assets and is thus aggrieved by an order passed under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 dated 15/05/2023.

Considering the fact that various factual aspects are involved, it would be expedient to permit the petitioner to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal for raising a challenge to the aforesaid order.

Keeping all points raised in the writ petition open, it is disposed of as not entertained. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal.
