The identical issue is seized with Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal No.27619 of 2023. Petitioner Nos.2 to 5 appeared for supplementary examination. However, their results have been withheld.

Considering the issue seized with the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the above SLP, at principal seat, the interim protection is granted. In view of that, we adopt the same recourse and pass the order:- 6.

To grant interim relief in terms of prayer clause (g) subject to the outcome of the writ petition.
