The learned Senior Counsel Mr. Pakale has invited our attention to the earlier order passed by this Court on 28th August, 2024 in Writ Petition No. 11311 of 2022 when this Court taking note of the contention of the Zilla Parishad that the Petitioners have not completed 3 years from the date of appointment on 31st August, 2021 directed that since they become eligible on 1st September, 2024, the Zilla Parishad shall carry out the process of promoting them in terms of their seniority and appoint them on Talwalkar

Since this order was not followed, the present Petition is filed.

Our attention is also invited by Mr. Pakale, the learned senior counsel to the order dated 11th October, 2024 and we have noted that the Court has categorically noted that prima facie, the Petitioners have made out an arguable case as in view of the order dated 28th August, 2024, the Petitioners were declared to be eligible to be appointed to the post of Kendra Pramukh after 1st September, 2021, but despite this, there is failure on part of the Zilla Parishad to promote them.

Mr. Patil, learned Counsel for the Zilla Parishad has marked his appearance online and made grievance that the copy of the amended petition is not received by him. Let Mr. Pakale ensure that the amended copy of the Petition is served upon him.
