(i) The order dated 5th September 2024 passed by the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panvel in Special Darkhast No.1 of 2011 directing the Decree-Holder to maintain the status-quo with regard to the construction, is set aside. Satish Sangar 1/2
