Heard Mr. Joshi, learned Counsel for the Petitioners. Assailing the Judgment and Order dated 02.01.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai in Original Application No.178 of 2022, this Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioners. In terms of the Order dated 20.09.2024 passed by this Court, as affidvit has been filed explaining the delay in filing the Writ Petition.

After hearing the submissions of Mr. Joshi and after going through the material on record, we are inclined to entertain the Writ Petition.
