It is pointed out that in appearance the name of 'Mr. Mihir Tambe with Mr. Mihir Nerurkar' is erroneously reflected, the same be corrected as 'Mr. Mihir Nerurkar with Mr. Mihir Tambe' in the said judgment and order.

It appears that in paragraph No.8, in 1st line 'Mr. Mihir Tambe' is erroneously reflected, the same be replaced as 'Mr. Mihir Nerurkar', so also in last 8th line of paragraph No.8 (page no.7) 'Mr. Tambe' be replaced as 'Mr. Nerurkar'.

It also appears that in paragraph No.9, in 3rd line, in paragraph No.26, in 1st line and 10th line, in paragraph Nos.27, in 1st line, in paragraph No.29, in 1st line, 2nd line of page No.26, 'Mr. Tambe' is erroneously reflected, the same be replaced as 'Mr. Nerurkar'. 6.

The judgment and order dated 9 October 2024 be corrected accordingly.
