Heard Mr. Shah, learned Senior Advocate for Petitioner; Mr Punde, learned Advocate for Respondent Nos. 1.1 to 1.2 and Mr. Purohit, learned Senior Advocate learned Advocate for Respondent Nos. 5 & 6 who are the principal contesting Respondents. 2.

Parties have filed Minutes of Order dated 04.10.2024 which are signed by learned Advocate for Petitioner as well as learned Advocate for Respondent Nos. 5 & 6 who are the contesting parties. I have perused the Minutes of Order and on reading the same, it is seen that there can be no impediment in taking the said Minutes of Order on record for disposal of the present Writ Petition. running into 5 pages. They are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. For the purpose of reference and convenience, they are scanned and reproduced below:-

Copy of Minutes of Order should be given to Respondent Nos. 1.1 and 1.2 represented by Advocate Mr. Punde. 4.

The obligations and undertakings recorded in the Minutes of Order are accepted as undertaking given to this Court and the parties shall abide by the same.

Learned Trial Court shall take cognizance of the same and accordingly proceed with the proceedings pending before the Trial Court strictly in accordance with law.
