Pursuant to the order dated 25th September 2024, the petitioner appeared before the respondent no.6-Institution. The respondent no.6Institution has on 27th September 2024 issued its summary report indicating "Bilateral Severe Sensorineural Hearing Loss". The same is taken on record and marked "A" for identification. This report therefore, substantiates the petitioner's Disability Certificate dated 2nd September 2024. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.5 has tendered affidavit-in-reply wherein it is stated that the petitioner had failed to 1/2 ADN

915-wp-13365-2024.doc submit her application form in the PwD category. Having considered the judgment of this Court in Writ Petition No.11807 of 2024 (Mr. Shahid Akeel Shaikh Vs. Union of India, through the Ministry of Health & Family Welare and Ors.) decided on 20th September 2024, it is directed that the petitioner shall be provisionally permitted to participate in CAP-2 by filling the requisite form along with indication that she belongs to PwD category. Such participation would be subject to further orders of this Court and provisional in nature, for which the petitioner shall not claim any equity. 2.

The respondent no.6 be duly served with this order so as to indicate whether the summary report dated 27th September 2024 is in accordance with norms.
