The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the Hon'ble Minister for Revenue and Forest has issued directions to the Principal Secretary, Revenue to decide the present proceedings. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition can be disposed of by issuing following directions :- (a) The Principal Secretary, Revenue and Forest Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai to decide Review Application No.RTS 3422/6849/Pr.No.992/J-5 in RTS Revision No.477 of 2016 within a period of four weeks of receiving copy of this order.

(b) The parties shall appear before the Principal Secretary, Revenue and Forest Department, Digitally signed by SNEHA ABHAY DIXIT Date:
