Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the underlying disputes which led to the Senior Citizen's Tribunal having to deal with the Respondents' complaints have been worked out and subsequent developments would bear this out.

Liberty to file an affidavit to bring on record such subsequent developments, which, essentially is said to be sale of certain joint family property and distribution of the proceeds to the respective parties including the senior citizens. Since the Respondents have not entered appearance, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to file such an affidavit with an advance copy to the Respondents, pursuant to this order. On the next date, the matter would be considered on the basis of the contents of such affidavit, if the Respondents do not appear. Let such affidavit be filed within a period of four weeks from today. Rejoinder, if any, from the Senior Citizens of Respondents may be filed within a week thereafter.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
