By the present Petition, the Petitioner seeks sanction for prosecution under Section 146 of the MCS Act as against Respondent Nos. 7 to 17 as the sanction has already been granted as against Respondent Nos. 5 and 6. Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents to seek instructions as regards causing appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 7 and 8.
