Learned counsel representing the petitioner seeks liberty to amend the petition for challenging the order dated 1st August, 2024.

Accordingly, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move an appropriate interim application seeking amendment of the writ petition for challenging the administrative order dated 1st August, 2024.
