Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 12th November 2024.

Ms. Velankar, learned counsel has put in appearance on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 and waives service of notice whereas Mr. Kakade, learned Government Pleader appears for respondent No.3 and waives service of notice. 7.

The respondents may file their affidavit-in-reply within two weeks from today, to which rejoinder-affidavit, if any, may be filed by the next date of listing.
