It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that Bye-law No. 31 A(4) of the respondent no.3- Co-operative Society are shown to have been amended on 14/01/2011. However, the petitioners have been informed on 16/05/2024 that no such amendment is effected.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 14/11/2024. Service on Respondents be effected by all permissible modes. The respondent nos.1 and 2 to file an affidavit as regards relief sought in prayer clause.
