The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that verification of the application filed under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 has been done. The order on the said application is now awaited.

In view of the aforesaid, the purpose of filing the writ petition is served. It is expected that the application under Section 14 of the said Act of 2002 would be decided as expeditiously as possible. The writ petition is disposed of.
