The impugned order is passed after hearing the proposed defendants. However, they are not made party respondents in this petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to add the proposed defendants as party respondents in the present petition. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks. After amendment is carried out, office is directed to issue notice to the added respondents intimating that the petition will be disposed of finally at admission stage.

In addition to court notice, learned Advocate for the petitioners shall serve the respondents by private notice alongwith copy of this order and file service affidavit before the next date.

Notice is made returnable on 30th July 2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that if the suit proceeds, the petition may be rendered infructuous. He therefore prays for stay of the further proceeding of the suit till the next date. He submits that there is no interim relief passed in the pending suit. Hence, the further proceedings of the suit shall remain stayed, till the next date 6.

Learned Advocate for the petitioners shall ensure that copies are supplied and court notice is issued to the respondents failing which the ad-interim relief granted by this order shall stand vacated.
