By this Petition, the Petitioner seeks direction to Respondent Authorities to absorb him and permit him to join on the post of 'Assistant Teacher' in schools run by the Tribal Development Department under the Zilla Parishad, as per the Government Resolution dated 15.05.2019. 2.

Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that, Petitioner's request was rejected on the ground that there are no vacancies. Therefore, he submits that, if vacancies become available, the Petitioner's request may be considered.

Learned Advocate for the Respondents, on the other hand, submits that the Petitioner's request has been rejected on various grounds.

If vacancies become available in the future, the Petitioner's case / request may be considered on its own merits, and his earlier rejection shall not come in his way while considering his request in future. 5.
