It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on the basis of the order dated 10th May 2024 passed in Original Application No. 932 of 2023 at the Aurangabad Bench, the Original Applications filed by the respondents herein have been allowed. The order dated 10th May 2024 in Original Application No. 932 of 2023 is the subject matter of challenge in Writ Petition No. 8735 of 2024 (The State of Maharashtra, Thr. The Secretary vs. Saraswati Keshavrao Makne & Ors.). The same is pending before the Aurangabad Bench. Therein, on 19th August 2024 interim relief directing the parties to maintain status quo has been passed.

Inviting attention to the common order dated 18th July

3/4 2024 passed by the Tribunal which is under challenge in these writ petitions, it is submitted that as per the said order, the provisional select list has been revised and the names of the respondents are included therein. However, no appointment orders have been issued to any of the original applicants who had approached the Tribunal.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 25th October 2024. Mr. Sanjay Kshirsagar, learned counsel waives notice for the respondent no.1 in each writ petition. Mr. Vikas M. Mali, learned A.G.P. waives notice for the State in WP/13472/2024. Mr. S.B.Kalel, learned A.G.P. waives notice for the State in WP/13476/2024. Mrs. Ashwini A. Purav, learned A.G.P. waives notice for the State in WP/3754/2024.

In view of the ad-interim directions dated 19th August 2024 passed in Writ Petition No. 8735 of 2024 at Aurangabad Bench, it is directed that though the provisional selection list has been revised, appointment orders shall not be issued to the

4/4 respondents herein until further orders. As the provisional select list is prepared, the results are permitted to be declared. 6.
